Shell is smaller than stick

Heltec Wireless Stick is great module to jumpstartp prototyping LoRaWAN enabled device. With ESP32 and SX1262 radio provides good platform to develop devices. With USB connector and LiPo management it’s great to work on prototype. But what next when You have tested Your idea for device?

Building devices with modules using THT makes production process more complicated and expensive. So, Heltec have provided us Wireles Shell - which is basically the same module like Wireless Stick - in regard of processor and radio chip. Shell does not have USB or LiPo battery circuit but is waaay smaller (just around 39mm x 16mm - compare that with 58mm x 22.5mm for Stick). And that’s not all - Shell module is in SMD stamp format, so can be soldered using automated process.
