USB Host Shield for Arduino

USB Host Shield turns your Arduino into USB host and allows to control other devices connected through USB interface: USB mass storage, network devices (WLAN, GPRS or Bluetooth modems), digital cameras etc.

The module is based on MAX3421E chip and the SPI signals from D10-D13 ports are connected to it. Because of different layout of SPI port in Arduino Mega, for getting this shield to work with it, a modification is required - namely, wiring the SPI signal lines from appropiate Arduino Mega ports to this shield.

With this shield the stacking headers are not supplied. The module itself is ready to use (assembled).

Shield does work with USB Host Shield 2.0 library - just connect digital pin D7 with RST
