ESP01 is great module. Small size and well known ESP8266 processor makes it great for many small IoT projects. We have carried adapter to simplify programming, however that adapter required additional circuitry to upload firmware into flash.
So, we have found this adapter. Similar size, the same CH340 USB/Serial converter, but has built in switch. You can change ESP01 mode between UART and programming. When changing mode, You have to re-plug ESP01 into socket to get it working.
Warning! Mind orientation of ESP01 when plugging in. Placing it in opposite direction may result in damage to ESP01 or programmer itself.
