The solar panel comes with a pre-soldered cable fitting to Adafruit's LiPo charger (note - the charger is set to 200 mA current drain by default. This setting can be changed by soldering a resistor to the charger's PCB. The best choice is to set it to 100 mA). However, at the backside there are two big solder pads to which you can solder any wire.
Perfect solution for powering small devices, where is no power supply and replacing batteries could be inconvenient.
