Transistor in TO-220 package, detailed information in the datasheet in Files section. This MOSFET is logic level type, so low gate voltage switches it on and allow for quite good current even when driven by ESP8226/ESP32 with 3.3V. Please refer to datasheet for details.
If You want to use it as replacement for STP16NF06L please note that IRLB8721PBF has lower Vds (drain-source) maximum voltage (30V vs 60V)
