Magnetic door/window sensor

Magnetic proximity sensor is built from magnet (in standalone case) and reed switch (in second case, with wires). When magnet part is close to reed switch then switch is enabled. When magnet is away (1-2 cm) then switch is turned off.

This is very simple yet effective sensor which can be used to detect window or door opening.

Specification:

• SIze: 27 x 7.5 x 14 mm
• Wires - about 25 cm

Set includes:

• Reed switch in case to mount with wires (25 cm)
• Magnet in case to mount
• Two screws
• Two pieces of double-sided adhesive tape
