With this power supply You will give 5V for Your LilyPad from single AAA battery. Based on DC-DC converter - NCP1400 There is AAA battery connector on board, but it can be powered from other source like LiPo battery.
NCP1400 can provide up to 100 mA of current, so this is limit for Your circuit.
