With this power supply You will give 5V for Your LilyPad from single AAA battery. Based on DC-DC converter - NCP1402 There is AAA battery connector on board, but it can be powered from other source like LiPo battery.
NCP1402 can provide up to 200 mA of current, so this is limit for Your circuit.
