Realy RM96P-5-W can switch up to 8A 250V AC.
Relay's coil is powered by 5V so You dont need additional voltage source to run relay, 5V from Arduino is enough.
You will need diodes 1N4007 to protect Your circuit.
You can not drive this relay directly from Arduino output. It will drain 45mA and it is too much for digital output of Arduino. You can try ULN2003 or use small NPN transistor.
