Robo Kit version 4 education set

New version of Robo-kit V4

Instead of Arduino Motor Shield we have added our own L293D module that is very simple in building and controlling. What’s more it’s much smaller than official Motor Shield. Because we’ve changed the Motor Shield a code for our robot also has changed. You can find tutorial about building and running Robo-kit on our Academy. At this moment it’s only in Polish but you can always use on-line translator or write to us and we’ll help you.

Robo-kit version 4 gives you possibility to build 2 types of robots:

• line follower (This robot can follow the black line that can be made of electrical tape)
• beam follower (This type of robot follows the light source (ie flashlight))

Besides that you can always add your own sensors and build more complicated robot. Whole Robo-kit is only basic set that will help you to enter the robotics world.

One of the advantages of this set is it’s modularity. Arduino Uno can be also used for other projects, as well as L293D module. It’s your choice if you want to upgrade your robot with your ideas or use it’s parts in other project.

CAUTION

This set requires you to have basic skills in soldering. Sensor board requires soldering, buyer gets all necessary parts. To finish this board you’ll need soldering kit.

The same is with L293D module, it also requires soldering.

Both of the modules are perfect for learning how to solder, but if you’re feeling uncomfortable with this, we can do it for you.
