Each diode can be set to different colour, one of 16 million

Each diode is housed in a pellet with 12mm diameter. The diode itself has 8mm diameter. Each o them can be separately addressed.
The diodes are RGB type, each channel is controlled by 8-bit PWM (each light component's brightness can be set with 256 steps), so it gives you 24-bit color depth.
The pellets with diodes are rugged and waterproof.
