DS1302 is RTC module with battery backup. Most important difference with popular DS1307 modules is used interface. DS1302 uses SPI, while DS1307 I2C. Maybe in Your project easier is add another SPI device. Pay attention to datasheet, since DS1302 is not one-to-one feature compatible with DS1307.
