Arduino Xbee Shield

XBee modem is wireless device providing connectivity between devices. There are many different XBee modems which uses different radio technogies (XBee, IEEE 802.15.4, XBee, Bluetooth, WiFi). Depending on modem there could be different features, like some modems offer direct (via radio) access to digital I/O linies or ADC on modem.

This shields connects UART of Arduino with modem UART allowing to communicate with other devices in given network.

This shield is being sold with XBee Series 2, we carry also shield without any modem on it.
