Mega 2560 R3, CH340

And here we are, one more variant of Arduino clones family. So, why another one? There are many needs and really there is no one size fit all solution. Especially since components prices went up, it makes sense to have more variants, sometimes without some bizarre features but with better price.

Mega2560 is the same board as full Mega2560 clone - regarding processor, size, I/O, connectors. The only difference is with USB/Serial converter chip. With boards using ATmega16u2, You can re-flash it’s firmware. With such, after connecting board to computer, it can emulate different device (mouse, keyboard, etc) rather than Serial. With CH340 used in this board it is not possible. But in our experience change emulated device is very rare used feature of Arduino. So why bother, if this can help keep price more affordable?
