The L76K GPS module is a compact, energy-efficient GNSS receiver ideal for Heltec module projects (and beyond). Its small dimensions of 10.1 x 9.7 x 2.5 mm allow it to fit even in tight spaces where every millimeter of PCB space is at a premium.
It operates within a 2.8V-4.3V power supply, drawing just 18 mA at 3.3V, so it won’t drain your battery faster than a 3 a.m. debug session. It offers positioning accuracy of up to 2.5 m CEP and a precise 1PPS signal with 10 ns accuracy, making it an excellent choice not only for trackers but also for projects requiring time synchronization.
It supports a data refresh rate of up to 10 Hz, making it ideal for mobile applications – from track loggers to DIY autonomous systems. Its wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) allows it to be used in both a winter drone and a summer weather station.
The module is equipped with a 1.25 mm 8-pin SMD connector and an 8P adapter, which facilitates integration with Heltec boards.
